Real examples from my own businesses

Meet the AI employees I use in my businesses

I run Waterside Bike Hire and Bike Hire UK. Alongside the team, AI-assisted roles help with customer email, admin, financial paperwork, SEO and keeping tasks moving. People stay involved for approvals, checking and anything out of the ordinary.

Eddie

Emails & customer enquiries

Helps organise incoming enquiries and prepare replies and follow-ups, so I can review them before anything goes to a customer.

Frieda

Finance administration

Helps gather and organise invoices, receipts and transaction records ready for review. The bookkeeping decisions and tax side still sit with people.

Bob

SEO & content

Assists with website SEO reviews, keyword research and first drafts of content, with recommendations that I check before anything changes.

Patricia

Operations & tasks

Helps capture notes, organise to-dos and follow-ups, and flag items that need a human decision.

Also in use: Dan OS — Email Drafting

An email and invoice workflow I use in my own business. With explicit Google authorisation it flags invoice attachments for review and prepares draft replies to customer emails. It's draft-only — nothing sends without my approval.

People stay in charge

Customer emails are drafted for approval where it matters. Payments, finance actions and sensitive decisions always need a person to review them. These helpers support the work; they don't run unsupervised, and like any tool they need checking.

These are examples from my own businesses — not results for outside clients, and not software for sale. They show the kinds of roles Saunton AI can look at and set up for other businesses, with permissions and supervision tailored to how you work. There's more background on what AI employees are.
